Will my users need to create a new password?
On Lovable Cloud, no: the export carries the accounts with their passwords protected. Anyone logged in at cutover time signs in again. On other platforms, we check during the diagnostic.
Will the app go down?
For a short time, during the final data copy. We measure that time in the dry run and agree on the window with you. We do not promise zero downtime.
Can I migrate only the site and keep the database where it is?
Yes. Starting with the site and migrating the database later is a common path. The diagnostic tells you whether it pays off in your case.
